📍Le studio déniché par Thomas notre experte Ouiker, est situé au 1er étage d’une résidence récente, rue Glais Bizoin à Rennes, dans le quartier prisé de Sainte-Thérèse.

🛠️ Le studio, en parfait état, ne nécessitait aucun travaux. Seul l’ameublement restait à prévoir. Cela a permis une mise en location rapide, sans devoir attendre avant de percevoir les premiers loyers.

🛋️ L’appartement a été meublé et joliment décoré afin de le proposer en location longue durée de type LMNP (location meublée non professionnelle).

🔑 Le logement a été loué 1 semaine après la mise en ligne de l'annonce ! Une jeune employée en CDI a pu poser ses valises dans cet appartement "prêt à vivre".
